Soft skills training is provided through a job readiness curriculum that emphasizes employability skills, simulations of the workplace, and job coaching. Participants have the opportunity to work on soft skills based on their work-related experiences. The curriculum focuses on personal management skillsthose skills and qualities one needs in order to be mentally and emotionally prepared for employment. Specific topics include the following:
